 All my classes are mixed ability and         suitable for complete beginners as well
 as experienced yogis.

Please bring to class any equipment you have although I have a supply of blocks, belts and bricks and spare mats if needed. You will however need a blanket for relaxation.
 
Wear comfortable loose clothing preferably in layers, yoga is done in bare feet. All the venues have plenty of free parking.
 
Cost per class £10.00 payable at the beginning of the current session usually about 6 weeks to coincide with school term times. Students are welcome to make up any missed classes by attending any of my others within the current session.

Alternatively there is a "drop in" cost of £12 per class.
