Namaste.... welcome to Kathy Taylor yoga

Kathy has a strong belief that yoga is for everyone and is passionate about how it can bring balance, vitality and ease to the body, while encourage mental and emotional wellbeing. She believes it can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and allows us to tune into the wisdom the body holds.  Kathy's classes are always fun and friendly, you will leave feeling calm, uplifted and rejuvenated. 

I offer friendly fun  Yoga classes, private Yoga lessons, Yoga workshops and Yoga holidays.  Whether you're new to Yoga or an experienced Yogi/Yogini, I aim to help you develop a Yoga practice that feels good and enhances your health, wellbeing and joy in living! 


Wakeup To Spring Yoga Workshop

Spring is the perfect time to detox our body and mind. Although our bodies have a natural ability to cleanse themselves, this natural detoxification process can become a little sluggish over the Winter months. This is the perfect opportunity to kick start the full body detox and to enable you to SPRING into SPRING
This workshop will be for mixed ability Yoga students but not complete beginners. Bring along your yoga friends they do not have to be my students.
The class will start promptly at 10.00 a.m. so please make sure you allow enough time for your journey and please bring along any equipment that you have, including a blanket. I will have my usual supply of belts, bricks/blocks etc.
The cost for the day is £29 payable in advance to secure your place.
There will be a short break for refreshments.
